Don't Sell Items on Takealot, They will not respond to queries.

I sold a few items on Takealot. My account then got suspended because of too many returns. The returns are done in another province, so trying to get that stock back costs money. When I requested to pick up my items nobody responds. I have logged 7 tickets and have not received any feedback. Seems like Takealot is trying to keep my items and sell them internally. This makes me think that the returns were purposefully done by Takealot. I am busy speaking to a few Podcasts to go public with this, including Tik Tok. If this is not a ****, why are they not responding to me?
