Don't seek protection from Takealot when it comes to Covid 19.

During lockdown we ordered PPE masks as protection from Covid 19 from Takealot. This was done because they were offering them up at an affordable price. First they were delivered incrementally; sometimes boxed other times in exposed packs. Of every two masks, the elasticated ties broke off making the masks unwearable - sometimes at embarassing inconvenience. My partner returned the last box sent, which they gave a refund on. She made a request for them to re-imburse for the full order but Takealot refused.
