DONT PURCHASE UNKNOWN BRANDS:Hisense Infinity Pure

Hi<br> I purchased a handset in October 2014 through [URL Removed] [URL Removed] all was fine with the phone sometime on my way to work I noticed the battery was swollen to an extent that the back of the phone would not close anymore. As I took out the battery to retrieve my sim card it exploded and burst in fire right in front of everyone in the office.<br> My issue is that why was I never advised that this kind of product may harm me and why will a company like Kalahari sell such a faulty product to unsuspecting customers? This phone could have exploded in my ear, hand or while I was driving!!!!<br> I'm still horrified and so are my colleagues who witnessed the explosion and the flames...they helped to put out the fire!!!!<br> People should be alerted about this kind of products/the brands and it is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE to have had to purchase another phone while I've paid full prise for this nonsense android...<br> <br>
