Dont purchase electric goods from Takealot!!

I bought 2 appliances from Takealot.com in the span of 8 months and both have been delivered not fully functional and mind you, these products are not cheap at all. The microwave i first bought and returned on the same day of delivery had dents and scratches on it and last week the 11 fin oil heater i bought wasnt even warming up a tiny room and mind you, i still havent received my refund for my heater, they rather credit my account on Takealot whereas I specifically said credit my bank account.
