Dont Order e-books

I bought an e-book on Monday. I followed the instructions regarding how to download the book on my computer however on the Takealot website itself there is no download button? I have sent numerous e-mails and filled in forms but I just receive no feedback. Takealot just stole my money as there is no way I can get hold of anyone or even get a refund! This is ridiculous!!!
