Don't order anything for Christmas on takealot! It will not come...

I will not be ordering from takealot again. I ordered a Christmas tree on the 1st of December and I was only told now that it has been canceled. I have had nothing but problems with this order, I was told it would be ready for collection on the 12th then it changed to the 13th, on the 13th I was told it would be ready for collection in the afternoon and now only 2 days later it has been canceled.

I have tried to phone 3 times now and the call drops after 20 minutes I do not have the time nor the airtime to sit on the phone the whole day.

I do not understand why my order has been canceled as the payment went through and when I check on the takealot app, the Christmas tree is in stock.

I have been refunded the money to my takealot account but I do not want a refund as I WILL NOT be ordering anything on takealot again! I want my Christmas tree. If you had let me know sooner that it had been canceled it would have been fine.

I do not understand how you can have a 3 - 7 day delivery time period when I have been waiting a whole half a month.

I cannot order another Christmas tree from takealot now as it will not come in time which means I will essentially be paying double the amount for a Christmas tree as I cannot and WILL NOT order from takealot.
