Don't make me pay for your mistakes

Takealot delivered the wrong item. They have stock but won't send me a replacement. This means I get a credit note. If I use this to order the item, they'll charge me shipping.

So I'm getting financially penalised for their error. I've explained this to their agent, but he doesn't seem to care.
