Dont know what they are doing_complete lack of system at Takealot

Last week i ordered a squishy toy for my daughter. The following morning i changed my mind about buying it and requested a refund on the item. a day later my order arrives. At this point i can understand that somehow the dots where not connected. Anyway i send the parcel back with the delivery guy and explained that i cancelled it. He makes a note and goes off. two days later i get a notification again that my parcel will be delivered that day. Parcel arrives i give the same explanation. *** takealot, my parcel arrived for the third time yesterday and i had to send it back again. How flipping retarded can your system be?????? I received another notification sms this morning to say my item will be delivered today. So that will be the 4th time. I cannot understand. I need someone to call me urgently on this. I can understand its festive season and you are busy but serisouly to received a cancel item 5 times, im going to loose it today if i see another delivery guy come through my door.
