Dont know how to read a map!

Ok so this is the second time that this is happening to me in less than a week. I just received a phone call the delivery person is struggling to find my place, he advises me that he is in monument park.. which is about 20 - 30 km from where I am. I tried to explain to him where I am and he says he doesn't know where that is!! How can you have staff working for you that don't know how to read directions or google the right directions. If I open my google maps and type in the address I gave you, I get to where I am supposed to be. I cant understand why this is such a problem, especially as there was someone here last week. Now the order needs to go back to the office and be given to someone else who hopefully knows where the address is to only be delivered tomorrow... hopefully ... seriously??
