Dont give bad reviews on takealot, they will delete your account

I have bought many times from takealot before and I have never left any reviews even though one or two items I received were not as advertised. Today I wanted to go and check what I have paid for an item a friend asked me about and I could not log into my account. Then I checked what would happen if i tried to create a new account with the same email address and it worked, I created a new account. Now I remember that I went back and reviewed a few items the last time I was logged in and all of a sudden I don't have an account anymore. Why cant they just contact you if you if they are unhappy about your review? Why delete your account? They also don't give you the option to contact them regarding deleted accounts in their help center.
