Don't get what you pay for!

My very LAST dealing with this company!!! Paid extra for "same day delivery" on 17 October. I just spoke to a lady called Anga at the main branch in Cape Town to enquire about my delivery. She just informed me that they "should have" contacted me after my order was placed to inform me that I would not get my product the same day! (Should have/would have/could have, bla bla bla) Takealot's proposed date of delivery is scheduled for 31 October. THAT'S TWO WEEKS LATER that the delivery date I paid for!!!! Sorry sir, at TAKEALOT we come first, not the paying customer. Take-a-lot....or not quite!!!
