DONT EVER ORDER FROM TAKEALOT

Placed an order #***

paid for same day collection and drove 300+km to fetch the order , but on the web it changed to standard collection

been calling the branch from 9:30am till 4pm , spoke to four different people they escalated yet no reply as where the order was ,

had to do the run around finding out where it was and told I still can't collect today ,

when asked them to deliver to one of my businesses 5km from their warehouse I'm left with no response ....... Really not happy , quick to take money very slow to deliver quality service , felt like I worked for takealot today , please don't purchase from them it's better to go one of the retail stores even though you might pay a bit more
