The most disgusting experience I have ever received in my life , that is coming from a South African living under our government . No communication beteeen you guys 3 weeks wait time from order and still no refund . The fact that the consumer act hasn’t swallowed this company whole yet is beyond me ! You guys are a disgrace to the industry and to the term customer service . You TRIED TO TELL ME I AM A **** AND A ***** FOR UOUR OWN MISTAKE NEVER APOLOGIZED AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE MONEY BACK ON MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY GIFT. 3 weeks after ordering.
