DONT EVER BUY BIG APPLIANCES FROM TAKEALOT

If you know what's good for you don't ever buy a big appliance from these ****mers, I bought a fridge on the 15th and it was delivered on the 17th, by the fridge, the fridge started melting and no longer cooling, my return request has been declined, im told that i have to contact Hisense as if i bought from Hisense and not them. After pay day, i have lost alot of food in the fridge, fruits and veges are rotten, I'm still sitting with thi sissue, i dont want them to fix my fridge because i didnt buy a demo product i bought a BRAND NEW FRIDGE for a reason. I want to you guys to come and collect your items and just give me my money back, so that i can go and buy from retailers that understand customer service
