Don’t even try to cancel or return a product you wil be left wallet empty and no product.

Iam very angry and disappointed in the service I received from takealot. I placed an order on the 3rd of April after the conformation email I realized I had made a mistake and phoned the company immediately to enquire about cancellation. They were very helpful in canceling my order and crediting my account, however three days later they took back the refund with no further contact. After phoning them numerous times I was told te refund was canceled but no product was ever delivered. I have been phoning for two weeks straight and all I get told every day is that the matter has been escalated. As to this date I still have not received any product nor a refund. This morning a man rocks up at my house asking for the product in question to complete te return (which I never received) and at the wrong adres. .I phoned again two times being promised everything will be sorter out but I still have no product or refund.

It is almost a month later and no one can assist with this matter. Currently takealot has ****** my money. Their cancelation and return policy is not made to be easy or user friendly and after using their service for more than 9 years I am deeply disappointed
