DONT DO BUSINESS WITH TAKEALOT!!!!!

I bought a hisense freezer on takealot with an A rating. After it was delivered and opened, the energy rating card was a B. I contacted takealot and they told me to just send it back. But I bought it because I needed it urgently and takealot has not changed the product information and has just has a huge sale on the item. Takealot will not take any responsibility. I have also written a review that has not been published on a number of items, takealot is sensoring the reviews and I feel this is wrong and underhanded of takealot! I have since pulled all my money from takealot and shut my account. I have bought 7 items on takealot, 5 have had issues and all i get is a generic "we apologise" but i have to take off work every time for delivery and return and takealot just does not care.
