Dont deal with takealot.com

horrible experience that i've just suffered from takealot, its been 2 years doing business with them and now i just bought a pair of car speakers and straight from box one did not work, i took them to a technician to install since im not an expect, now i can find the box since the technician has a huge warehouse store full of boxes and takealot say they cant help me, i have all the proof in the world showing that i bought this things from them, im doubting if they were even new, they look polished to a certain degree
