TakeALot used to make it easy to contact customer service. They have now made it impossible. They redirect you to a Help file that does not answer a specific question and that does not give any opportunity to contact a human being. It is fine: I will contact the Advertising Standards Authority seeing as TakeALot seems keen not to let me contact them to point out a problem with a listing.
