Don't complain about the service if there is no service.

Wanted a present (perfume) for my wife and made the mistake to buy from Takealot, big mistake and big disappointment! The story goes like this. Around the November 28 I received a sms informing me that I will receive the parcel on the Friday November 30 before 5pm but nothing happened. Monday November 3 another sms saying I will receive it before 5pm and the same on Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday and Friday. Now the sms states Monday again. I emailed Takealot as it’s useless to phone them and a certain Kwakho and Sisipho Kobe rep**** with a general reply that does not help at all. I even emailed a direction to my house but again nothing.
