dont care attitude

i placed an order on 12 DEC and made payment on 12 Dec @ 8am. received notice that my items will be delivered by 15 dec

i know see it will be delivered on 19 DEC this is ridiculous and disappointing, nobody is taking ownership to even try and get my items to me by 18 DEC.

if you cant deliver on your promises - dont lie on your website maybe give me my money back so i can get it at your competitor rather than waste my time
