Don't by from Front Row Bikes Seats on Takealot

Worst experience ever! Ordered a rebound net, received it incomplete. Logged the return, which went actually fast with no hassles. Received the replacement product, only to open the box with 3 poles inside. Logged another return, only to find out this morning that someone at the warehouse deemed themselves qualified to cancel the return. This product is sold by Front Row Bike Seats, but yet they can't even send out the correct and complete product. How is orders not checked that the items sent out are complete? Twice you've managed to send out an incomplete product. I do expect a full refund.
