Dont buy water filters from Takealot

Purchased a 10 pack of water filters which were advertised as "Britta Compatible"

Once received, discovered, through try to install one, that they were not Britta compatible. Attempted to get a refund and were told that they dont accept refunds on open packaging unwanted products.

Clearly if advertised as compatible and not being compatible this isnt an unwanted product as much as its false advertising. They are now also preventing me from reviewing the product on their site by rejecting any review i try and make.
