DON'T BUY PLANT OR SEED PRODUCTS

Bought a Bonsai Kit for a Family member for Christmas they sent Old Dead seeds.

When product was returned they refused to refund or send a new set. As seeds where not included. How am I supposed to send planted dead seeds back.

Option to communicate was also not there request for the dead useless seeds not communicated just a Automated copy paste email template we are not refunding you. Clearly a sign that your business means nothing to them as there are millions of other suckers who they can **** with the same pathetic product and policy.

Disgusted that this is considered ethical business practice to them, I would be ashamed to be associated with this company.
