dont buy philips

Purchased a Philips Wet & Dry Epilator Series 8000 from takelot. The Product has a 2 year warranty. The product is not working and has been assessed by an approved Philip service centre. I have been asked to log a return with takealot but takealot site does not allow you to return the product.
