Dont buy Package Deals from Takealot

Dont buy bundles from Takealot. I bought a very expansive Samsung Fold 4 from them that came with accessories including a cover, a watch and a charger. When the phone started giving me problems (after only 3 months) and I wanted it repaired they insisted I send the accessories back. I personally delivered the accessories back under protest and now it seems they have lost them. Now I cant get a phone that has a 24month warranty fixed because I no longer have accessories. They also refuse to give me an invoice reflecting the serial number of the phone so I can go directly to Samsung for the warranty.
