Dont buy luggage from Takealot!!!

Shocking company! Bought a set of luggage - on the first use, going to the UK, the wheels on the case broke! Contacted them from the UK for a refund so that I could buy a case to return home with - and was told I needed to bring the broken case home before they would refund!!! Have you ever tried to travel with a broken case??? Was a nightmare!!!! When I sent them an email - was basically ignored! Shocking Takealot - and with Amazon in SA, you are going to loose all of your clients. Their return service is excellant!
