DONT BUY LAPTOPS OR TECH FROM TAKEALOT

My Name is Wesley Junade Faruk, my wife & I recently purchased an Lenovo laptop from takealot to the value of +/- R8000.00 a couple of months ago. On the evening 7th of July I noticed that the internal screen had been cracked with no physical damage what so ever. On the morning 8th of July, I immediately returned this laptop to takealot and it's been almost a month that we are yet to receive any positive feedback from them. We have been back and forth on emails with takealot whom are yet to provide proof of any physical evidence or negligence by the user thereof, that's because there aren't any. We are also yet to receive a simple telephone call from them which clearly shows how much they value their customers which now allows us to question their business values in being "reputable". This clearly shows the lack of integrity & character that takealot has & it also shows their poor customer service. I have been requesting for feedback from them but sad to say that this too seems futile & frustrating.
