Don’t buy from takealot! Don’t buy unboxed deals!

Bought two pairs of Skullcandy Venue headphones from there unboxed deals. One came intact and so far in working order today, (however after trying to call them, by the way no one answers because they apparently think we might infect them over the phone), we received the 2nd pair. Opened the box that was checked by Sean ( lier should be fired because he can’t do a job correctly) on the 15/05/2020 and seen that the left hand side ear cup isripped. It is a visible defect that should not have been sold as unboxed deal. Now we took pictures and requested a return like 20 minutes after receiving the delivery. Well I must wait for tomorrow don’t know what time they will collect but they will now take another week or two exchange if they have it or not. If they give my money back that means I’ll pay R1000 extra To wait for 5 to 7 days for shipment. What kind of service do you run and why can’t you exchange with another working and intact pair immediately as I buy all the time? Ref number is RRN-4ead-b10f I know no will contact me but please someone senior sort matter out by tomorrow as it is a birthday present and I’m this day and age with this virus we stuck and have to buy from cheap monopolistic companies like takealot. Give me a new pair please ASAP.
