DON'T BUY FROM TAKEALOT!

DON'T BUY FROM TAKEALOT! Just a warning to anyone considering buying anything on Takealot with a warranty over 6 months or anything expensive. Their customer service is now terrible. I returned a MSI GTX1050Ti Computer Graphics Card I bought last year that stopped working after testing it extensively including on my spare computer. The card is less than a year old with a 36 month warranty according to Takealot. My old 750Ti card works perfectly in my computer. Takealot sent it to their supplier who sent them back a screen grab of a test for a 1650Ti Graphics Card ie. not the one I returned, and said my card was working just fine and Takealot asked for my address to return it to me. When I pointed out to Takealot that the test screen grab was for the wrong Graphics Card, they said the supplier's decision stands. ie. They refused to replace it. At no time have they acknowledged that the test was for the incorrect Graphics Card. 3 weeks since logging the return and still no card, replacement as requested, or refund. Think twice before giving them your money!
