Don’t buy from Takealot

I ordered a pram and it was too big to fit into my boot, all parts and accessories of the pram were packed in original packaging sealed and returned to Takealot. The return was declined with “ seal broken” as reason. I asked for package to be rechecked only for the pram to be dropped off at my door with no rechecking, no notice of delivery no arrangements. Such bad service. No customer service what so ever. You’ve officially lost a loyal customer
