Don't buy from Takealot!

My son purchased a set of speakers which were found to be faulty once set up. He returned them within 3 days to Takealot with a full explaiation of the fault, only to have the reject his claim, saying that the speakers work perfectly. He asked them to reassess the speakers properly. This is the last we have heard from Takealot. ******* service! Extremely frustrating because they don't have a phone nu,mber or a complaints channel.
