DON'T BUY FROM TAKEALOT

Hi everyone I bought a trampoline from takealot 2 weeks later it broke I sent it back for a refund or a replacement then they send me a email saying that it's not in it box so they can not replace or refund me so I asked what must I do now they tell me it's my problem so I ask how was I supposed to no it's only going to last for two weeks so people plz do not buy from takealot better options buy from another place
