DON'T BUY ELECTRONICS FROM TAKEALOT

I bought a set of two HelloToday ceiling fans. Great fans, but one stopped working after about 3 weeks. The fan only. I was not able to speak to anyone to ask for assistance. you can ONLY schedule a return and if the return is not 100% complete, meaning I have to take the working fan off as well and send it back as well. I have only had contact from takealot via email and it seems like no one is actually reading my response and trying to help. They sent back the faulty unit and now I have a unit that I have no clue what to do with, not even a month old.
