Dont buy electronics from Takalot !

I bought a TV from Takelot, but because it did not do what I wanted it to, I sent it back to them after 3 days, in perfect working order, in its original box, packed perfectly, etc. They then get back to me saying my return is declined, because "I damaged the screen" (their words), which is pure fantasy, and now they refuse to reimburse me my money, based on their arbitrary opinion !!! And I get passed from one person to the next, everyone promises to get back to me, but they don't. I will never buy from these ***** again ! Be very careful !!
