Dont buy E-Books on Takealot.. They should be called Takeyourmoney

Recently purchased an E-Book, from the day of purchase the E-Book never opened/worked. They got some E-Book specialist to call me and assist all he done was ask me to re-authorize the Adobe digital editions software. That did not make any difference, I then got an email stating the issue cannot be resolved and no refund can be given. I mean surely you can send me another download link or give me a credit as I have given you money and have received nothing in return.
