Don't buy Dell at Takealot.

Up till the last week I've been a loyal Takealot customer until I purchased a Dell PC Screen. There was something wrong with the item and immediately logged the call with there returns team. Well my return was declined - their response direct exchange policy with Dell. I had to contact Dell, arrange a credit note, only then will they be able to accept the return/exchange. Which brings me to dealing with Dell - that is a review on its own. Isn't that the whole idea of shopping online at Takealot - convenience. Very disappointed and furious at the same time.
