DONT BUY BOOKS FROM TAKEALOT

While their service is awesome most of the time, this incident left a very sour taste in my mouth. I innocently purchased a book via Takealot without realising all the conditions imposed if you buy a book. Biggest mistake. You guys seriously should not be selling books until you either perfect your ereader OR allow the purchaser to read the book on an existing reader like KINDLE which is a common one. I dont care that you guys say you wont refund on books. I want a REFUND on the book I purchased as the software you suggest DOES NOT WORK! I am sitting with a book that I cannot read. your ereader is absolutely useless with no functionality.

Nobody should have to go through such a rigmaroll just to read a book. I will advise everyone against buying books via Takealot.
