DONT BUY AT TAKELOT THEY DAMAGE GOODS THEN THEY SAY YOU HAVE DAMAGED IT

Takealot is useless!! Just a money making scheme!! Absolutely struggle to communicate with you and also no communication from you only once in a while a email no talking to you so that i can explain the situation!!! You use very bad suppliers and products!! Every tom **** and harry sell through you. Cheap worthless ****! Takealot has NO quality standards. NO ETHICS! IF YOU HAD YOU WILL REFUND ME MY MONEY! I will go to every platform and post about takealot. I received a damaged used skew couch there was a button missing and somewhere it got musty of some water it got some time ago and the whole corner was pushed in ...you could see it was the last and old stock they have send that i received. It arrived here standing skew in a too small bakkie like 90 degrees ...how can a couch be transported like that of course it will get damaged!! The waiters owners and managers saw how the couch arrived here there was stuff lying on top of it. They immediately took photos for me of how the couch looked like. i was in pta and arrived in pringle bay only 2 weeks later where you could not supply me my other couch that you cancelled three times because of no stock you could find ...that I ordered 3x that is why I knew the couch had to go back and I MADE A MISTAKE AND BOOK A RETURN SAYING I DONT NEED IT ANYMORE BECAUSE YOU COULD NOT GIVE ME ANOTHER SAME COUCH BUT I SHOULD HAVE BOOKED.IT AS A DAMAGED ITEM RETURN and you could not supply me another couch (but in fact the couch was VERY MUCH DAMAGED when it was received here) and i should have returned it as damaged and i want a exchange or refund!! But Because of takealot that take everything yes they do TAKEALOT!! Your name suits you and you give nothing and takealot dont care at all!!! I have to loose a lot of money because of.a simple mistake with return that i have made!! for TAKEALOT R7500 is nothing but for me it is a LOT. I spend about R50000 a year at takealot as i buy for everyone on takealot but this is my last!! will never ever support takealot again. Your couriers is VERY reckles and damage the goods and you receive it in a very bad damaged condition and the client have to suffer the loss!!! Do you really think I would have ordered 3 times a couch if I had any hidden agendas or would damage a couch??? If i dont get my money back i am going to see a lawyer i have a lot of witnesses who have had seen how that damaged skew couch looked like when it arrived here and it was standing the whole time in a closed room and it was never used or sitted on!! I know a lot of people with big influence and will surely use it. I hope that TAKEALOT !! will consider and give me back My HARD EARNED money because of the mistake you made wiyj cancelling my orders because of no tock that you advertised!! And pay back my money please🙏🏼 🙏🏼 I need it. You can come and view all my furniture there is not a mark on any of them!!! I dare you to come visit me. 🙏🏼 if i could I will give zero 0 rating
