Don't buy ANYTHING from takealot,Too much lies and unreliable service

Horrible service from takealot,Their delivery team lies "ALOT" and so is their customer care.I ordered a landline phone from takealot.They send me a message that my order is out on delivery and I will receive it between 08:00am and 17:00pm.I rescheduled all my meetings for the day and waited in my office for the delivery. Around 16:00 There's no sign of the delivery guy,I called their customer service to check how far the guy was they said he is just one street away from my location.I waited till 17:00 which is an hour later still no sign of the guy.I called again at 17:00 They said the guy will deliver he is just running late and should be at my location in 10minutes since he is just around.i waited for 45minutes till 17:45 which is 45minutes extra to the time promised.In short the delivery guy never showed up.And take a lot didn't even care to notify me.

Bad service and so unreliable with a lot of lies.DONT BUY ANYTHING FRKM TAKEALOT
