Don't buy any Goldair products from Takealot- no aftershaves service.

I purchase da goldair 4 burner gas hob. It arrived damaged in December. I escalated to Takealot. According to them, they won't deal with any returns for gold air , I must deal with the supplier, but no one can tell me who that actually is!!!! For 6 weeks they kept telling me they're were " escalting" my issue, but to no avail. Even dear, sweet but obviosuly useless "Patrick" who assured me he would sort it out, has disappeared into the ether. Absolutely useless.... use them at your peril!
