Don’t buy alcohol and liquid products from Takealot

I bought House of BNG Rosé cans on Takealot as a gift and to my embarrassment the box arrived wet with mould forming on the box 2 of the cans were half empty and the packaged just reaked of stale alcohol.. Takealot is not really friendly in terms of dealing with complaints as they don’t easily avail an email address to contact them on their website or app and the call center number is never answered or you are always being referred to the correct department and then the call is dropped.
