Don't buy a bed from Takealot ever. Warning!!!

We ordered and paid R10 000 for a extra length king size bed. First the delivery was delayed 3 times and when it finally arrived both bases were torn. I phoned them to organise a replacement. And asked as this is our only bed can i send a new one when they come and collect the regect and first the operator was very helpfull and said he will make a note. But then the courier arrived on a Friday afternoon to collect it but no new bed. So we would have to sleep on the floor after paying alot of money for a new one. I refused and called the help line again. This time the operator told me there is not a note and they can't help me. So is it fair? I think not. Its their mistake and now i have to sleep on the floor otherwise they will not replace it.
