Done with Takealot

Absolutely done with Takealot after today.Few days ago placed order it said items in stock when we placed the order now all of a sudden they notified us today its out of stock and will only arrive maybe next week.If we knew it was out of stock we would have made another decision regarding the items. Also don’t understand how there delivery system works as there is no pin that’s asked just delivered no questions asked how do they know if its the right person that’s getting there package just trusting anyone to take it.
