Don't use TAKEALOT!!!!!!!!!

<p>Placed a large value and order and paid by credit card. Items did not arrive on promised delivery date. Phone calls to the contact centre more often than not does not work. Email - very late and totally unsatisfactory response to one email, subsequent emails are being ignored. One phone to me 6 days after promised delivery date with NO updates in interrim. This one call was only to advise me that it was not going to arrive 6 days late either! Almost 3 weeks after payment and I am not managing to get my money back. No acknowledgement of emails. Contact by phone apparently not possible. How do I get a refund?????</p>
