Don't trust [URL Removed] promised delivery date
I ordered a game from [URL Removed] at a higher price than the same product on [URL Removed] because the delivery date was much quicker, stating that delivery would occur by Wednesday, 4 February 2015. Today (Thursday, 5 February 2015) I contacted them because I have not received my goods, nor heard anything from them or the courier since I placed the order, only to be told that they would only RECEIVE the product by Friday, 13 February 2015. Needless to say, I am less than impresed. My first, and most likely my last order from takelot. At least Kalahari doesn't lie about their delivery timelines.

We're sorry that your first experience with us turned out like this. It's really unfortunate as it's definitely not the norm and we know how important first impressions are. We were let down by our supplier who didn't deliver the stock by the expected date, hence we weren't able to deliver your game to you as promised either. We should however have notified you about this the minute we became aware of the delay instead of you having to phone us for an update and we're sorry that this didn't happen.
Luckily the stock arrived today & we're hastily having your order packed & prepped for shipping and will do our best to get it delivered to you soonest, hopefully today still.
