Don't tell it's been escalated again :(

<p>Going to social media simply because no one has been able to help me with my order that was late and then partially delivered. I still have not had any help other than that the matter has been escalated. Then I am told that the order has been delivered! Well I wrote on that paper from Skynet that I am still waiting for items because the driver said they were damaged and he had to return them. What is going on?</p>
