don't support: lying idiots

Ordered a book online. The prices almost doubled while processing the order. Tried speaking to them, first they asked for a screen shot! (Who the hell takes a screen shot!) Then claimed that because I didn't place the order they can't do anything. Who places an order when the price almost doubles? Then they claim, but can't prove that the last book at the lower price sold at exactly the same time as my order. Not likely but after the bull and the run around I don't believe these idiots. I recorded the conversation with Nolan and even he agrees with me. Not that that helps at all. Such a shame as Kalahari . com was a nice company to work with! Definitely won't be supporting the idiots!
