Don't believe what you see on their site

<p>Ordered a "wipe-clean" book that was supposed to come with two pens. As it only came with one pen, I was forced through their "returns" procedure which included having to siupply photos. They then cam back to me to say that the item was only supposed to have one pen and that they would "credit my profile", but not provide the additional pen I requested.</p> <p> </p> <p>"Credit my profile"! What a cheek. They should at least have affreded to credit my credit card!</p> <p> </p> <p>As my granddaughter had already seen the book and had been very excited, I elected to keep it, but I was disgusted that Takealot would not honour the product description!</p>
