Doesn't deliver complete order

Takealot doesn't deliver all items ordered, instead brings it in drips and draps and then marks it as complete. Mails and calls logged remain unanswered, 5 days now! Will never make use of them again once this is sorted eventually. Worst of all, one of the items outstanding is my baby's nappies!
