Does Takealot really have a customer care department ?

You would think that with the competitive market Takealot would try and say ahead but their customer service is non existent hide behind emails no contact numbers. Have been trying to cancel an order to days now with no contact from customer services. Will send the products straight back and order with Amazon. Take my advice vote with your feet.
